This cheese is produced by an artisan cheese-factory in Tuscany following a particular recipe which includes among the ingredients black aromatic truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.). Patiently and expertly the two flavours of the cheese and truffle are balanced to avoid one overpowering the other. The flavour is delicate yet marked and cultivated. The texture is white and compact with small black “spots” made by the truffle, aromatic and tasty but neither spicy nor salty. Grate over our Pasta Tavola ravioli and say ‘baaa’ to winter!
